    Is klar, dass man umsonst telefonieren kann, wenn man 25€ Grundgebühr zahlt. Also kann man innerhalb des Vertrages tatsächlich kostenlos telefonieren. Telefonieren an sich kostet ja dann nix extra. Man zahlt halt nur Grundgebühr ;)
